Dr. Seneca Vahun
L.Ac., DACM Licensed Acupuncturist & Founder
Seneca’s journey to healing began in service. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and former Army officer, she experienced firsthand the effects of chronic stress on the body. That realization sparked her lifelong pursuit of balance and holistic wellbeing.
After completing her military service, Seneca earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco and her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York. She is a National Board–Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist.
Continuing her studies through the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine, Seneca integrates ancient Han dynasty wisdom with modern clinical practice to help patients heal from pain, stress, and emotional imbalance. She also volunteers with the Survivor Advocacy Network (SAN), supporting those navigating PTSD and trauma through the gentle power of Eastern Medicine.

Our Healing Mission
Restore function. Ease pain. Awaken self-knowledge.
At Seneca Healing Elements, our vision is to inspire, empower, and educate every person to know their body's innate wisdom and capacity for healing.
We believe that:
-
Healing happens when we create the right conditions
-
Your body already knows how to heal sometimes it just needs support
-
True wellbeing emerges from balance, not perfection
-
You are the expert on your own experience
