To ensure the highest quality of care, Dr. Vaughn accepts a limited number of patients. Sessions are scheduled in advance to guarantee personalized attention and optimal treatment outcomes.

We recommend booking your initial consultation 1-2 weeks in advance, though we'll accommodate urgent needs when possible.

Private Clinic Sessions (By Invitation Only)

Select patients may be invited to receive treatment at Dr. Seneca's private clinic.
Initial Consultation & Treatment — $120 90-minute session
Follow-Up Treatments — $85 60-minute sessions
Package of 6 — $450 (save $60)
Clinic availability is limited and offered at Dr. Seneca's discretion to maintain privacy and an optimal treatment environment.

Insurance & Payment

Your First Session (90 minutes) Dr. Vaughn will arrive at your home with all necessary equipment and create a comfortable treatment space.

Expected completion: Fall 2026
Once approved, we'll bill your insurance directly for covered services. Until then, all services are cash pay at the rates listed above.

Have Out-of-Network Benefits?

If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network acupuncture coverage, we provide detailed superbills you can submit for reimbursement.

How it works:

Pay for your session at time of service
Receive a superbill with all necessary codes and documentation
Submit to your insurance for reimbursement (typically 50-80% depending on your plan)

Important: Reimbursement depends on your specific plan benefits. We recommend calling your insurance to ask: "Do I have out-of-network acupuncture benefits, and what percentage is covered after my deductible?"
We're happy to provide superbills, but cannot guarantee reimbursement amounts or timing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens.

Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. This policy ensures we can offer your appointment time to another patient who needs care.
